Methods of payment

Goods ordered through our Web Shop and paid for by Credit / Debit card including Paypal and Google Shopping cart cannot be collected from our Trade Counter. Goods can only be sent to Card Holder's address which is verified before despatch.

Goods ordered by telephone may be collected and paid for from our warehouse with prior arrangement.

Liability: The customer will be responsible for ensuring the goods fit the purpose of the application. AA SYSTEMS endeavours to ensure that the information given in this catalogue is correct. We accept no liability in respect of loss arising from errors in the information provided. In no event shall any breach of contract or tort or negligence or failure of any kind on our part or that of our employees be accepted as liability for loss of revenue or consequential loss or damage arising from any cause whatsoever.

AA SYSTEMS endeavours to make sure this site contains no errors. If errors do exist, we reserve the right to sell at whatever price prevails at that time. E & OE.

Returns Policy

The Distance Selling Regulations 2000 and your right to cancel (excludes trade counter purchases).

In accordance with The Customer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, AA SYSTEMS provides customers with the right to cancel an order within 7 working days of receipt of the goods. You must notify AA SYSTEMS of your intention to do so within this 7 day period. Goods must be returned at your cost and liability, unused and as new, complete with all accessories, cables, manuals and software in undamaged original packaging. Goods must be protected for transit by a double box or cardboard outer. Proof of purchase in the form of AA SYSTEMS packing slip or invoice must be provided with the goods.

Please note that unsealed recordable media and computer software are not covered under the right to cancel. "Customised" orders, including cut lengths of cable, are also exempt.

Damaged Goods / Errors

If you believe that an order may have been damaged in transit to you, please sign for it as "damaged" to the carrier, or refuse to accept the delivery. You must retain all original packaging for examination. You must contact us immediately by phone 01889 569296 or email sales@aa-systems.com

You must notify AA SYSTEMS of damaged goods within 24 hours of receipt of goods. You must notify AA SYSTEMS of any errors in orders within 3 days of receipt of goods.

Defective Items (Warranty Repairs and Guarantees)

New products carry a 1 year limited warranty unless manufacturer warranty period is longer. Please carefully read all manuals supplied with an item before you report it as faulty. There may be a relevant function that is not immediately obvious. The cost of returning goods for warranty is at customer expense.

Please note that Warranty provisions do not cover normal wear-and-tear or consumable items such as DJ mixer cross faders, turntable styli or recordable media. Carriage costs are payable for any item found not to be faulty.

Within 28 days from receipt of goods

If upon return to AA SYSTEMS an item is inspected and agreed to be faulty, at the discretion of AA SYSTEMS a replacement or refund will be offered. You should notify AA Systems Returns Department to organise collection of suspected faulty goods. Goods must be returned as new, complete with all accessories including manuals, cables and software in the original packaging. Supporting paperwork in the form of a note explaining the suspected problem, and the AA SYSTEMS invoice or packing slip must be included. Goods must be protected for transit by a double box or cardboard outer. Please note that replacements or refunds are not able to be processed unless these procedures are followed. Please note that no liability will be accepted for goods returned without original packaging.

After 28 days and before one year from receipt of the goods

If a fault develops during this period, AA SYSTEMS Returns Department should be notified of your intention to return the equipment. AA SYSTEMS will issue a warranty returns number, (this is not an admission of warranty status) Goods must be returned in original or as good as packaging, eg flight case protection, for warranty repairs to be considered. AA SYSTEMS will then return the equipment when repairs have been carried out. If upon inspection, the fault is found to be outside of the manufacturer's warranty conditions, a charge will be made for repair of the goods and their subsequent return.

Price rises

AA SYSTEMS endeavours to hold the catalogue price for the life of that catalogue. However although many prices have fallen, others are rising significantly. For this reason, we cannot guarantee catalogue prices.

Price quotations are valid for 30 days only.
